Not only do I think it will be interesting to see what I am eating but this will also help serve as a list to randomize. I like to plan for the week's meals by having a list and using a List Randomizer. I don't plan which days I have what, that way each day I can choose something that sounds good.

Sister's Spanish Soup - Chicken, rice, veggies and beans in a spicy broth
Slow Cooker Beef - Beef, carrots and potatoes slowly cooked to perfection.

Stir Fry - such a tasty way to get lots of veggies
Steaks - Awesome with veggies and left overs make good sammies
Stuffed Pizza Rolls - Take a bit of work but they are fun

Tuna Salad - Lots of tuna and lettuce. Best topped with almonds or sunflower seeds
Wraps - Quick and we use spinach wraps which are healthy and tasty
